SUMMARY:
Customers have reported that when running in TTY/CHUI mode the BROWSE
widget is slower and seems to paint multiple times (where the GUI
version does not have this problem).
EXPLANATION:
This is a known problem for which there is no resolution (nor will
there be).
The problem is caused by the character mode virtual screen
toolkit we use to provide cross platform capabilities. We have
investigated a fix for this and have found that there is no fix we
can provide which will not cause other (more serious) painting
problems.
