CAUSE:
Visual Studio 2008 had the Run64BitRuntime flag set to true
FIX:
On Visual Studio 2008 follow these steps to reset the flag to false:
1. From View - Solution Explorer
2. Open the Solution Explorer
3. In Solution Explore, right click on the solution. And select Properties.
4. On Properties screen, click on Debugging tab.
5 Set Run64BitRuntime flag to false.
