OE10.2A OE explorer and OE10.1C04 are installed on the same windows 2008 R2 Server
Start OpenEdge Management from the Menu shows Java exception
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/progress/isq/ipqos/admin/cli/FathomMan
The OE10.1C04 installation %DLC%\properties\JavaTools.properties is missing [FATHOMCLI] entry:
