Get Java heap space OutOfMemoryError if AdminServer is not restarted

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00198215
CAUSE:
Wrong context is passed to HTTP connection, causing references not to be released.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B02 or later. If upgrading is not possible, disable WSA monitoring in OpenEdge Management
