Inserting the Microsoft TreeView control into a window
Inserting the Microsoft Toolbar control into a window
Inserting the Microsoft TabStrip control into a window
Inserting the Microsoft StatusBar control into a window
Inserting the Microsoft Communications control into a window

CAUSE:
Visual Studio 2008 was not properly installed and not all component/controls were registered.
FIX:
Uninstall Microsoft Visual Studio and re-install properly, so all components/controls are registered correctly.
