CAUSE:
A kill signal was issued. As a result, a client received a hangup signal and the database was in the process of
undoing/backing out a transaction, or creating a record. There was likely no damage or corruption to the database
as a result.
FIX:
This message is harmless and therefore there is no need to fix anything.
It is best to run dbtool against a copy of the database as per p129563 to make sure though.
