Various alerts with error 10551 are showing up on different days in the OpenEdge Management log files.
ActionNotRun: Error running alert action. Alert: <alertname>, Resource: <resource name>, Action: <action name>. (10551)
Error running alert action. Alert: FileSystemUsedThresholdExceeded Resource: dbname.ai-archive, Action: Default_Clear_Action. (10551)
Email alerts are not being sent correctly by Fathom through the system Mail process or SMTP server.
Changing the default recipient allows the automatic email from Fathom to be transmitted correctly but all other emails fail.
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge Management 3.1C 64-bit
IBM AIX 6.1
CHANGE:
The alert for file system used threshold had been exceeded was triggered but had also cleared:
Error running alert action. Alert: FileSystemUsedThresholdExceeded
CAUSE:
The AdminServer, which is the parent of the OpenEdge Management, has become unstable due to system resource problem.
FIX:
Restart the AdminServer.
