SYMPTOM(s):
Error 1699 caused by new data types when running Report Builder Runtime Engine
Existing reports fail after new field with one of the following data types has been added to the table:
INT64, DATETIME, DATETIME-TZ, BLOB, CLOB or RAW
Cannot access master table '<table>' due to SQL error:
Undefined data type <type_number> associated with column <column>. (1699)
Undefined data type 0 associated with column 48 error (1699)
Reports worked fine prior to the addition of the new fields

CAUSE:
Report Builder's SQL engine does not have data conversions for the new field types and so errors out
