SYMPTOM(s):
Cursor has disappeared when entering text after upgrade
Entering text in a fillin, the cursor cannot be seen although the entered characters can.
The cursor is not flashing in the fillin.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The migrated application is an old Progress version 6 application that uses V6FRAME and USE-REVVIDEO.

CHANGE:
Upgraded from Progress 9.1E to OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
UseNative3D is defaulting to Yes and using Windows drawing capabilities, but in this case with older V6 code OpenEdge drawing should be used.
FIX:
Set UseNative3D=no in the startup section of the ini file or Registry and remove the prowin32.exe.manifest file from the installation\bin directory.
