SYMPTOM(s):

ROW-DISPLAY trigger doesn't fire when scrolling with the mouse wheel.

Mouse wheel lines to scroll is set to 3 or above in the Windows Control Panel

A smartDataBrowse is being used to display the browse records.

When scrolling to another batch the current record is positioned at the end of the new batch and not at the beginning.

Scrolling back up through the already retrieved records fires the ROW-DISPLAY trigger as expected.

FACT(s) (Environment):

The problem does not happen with a standard browse. This can only be reproduced with an SDO and its associated batching characteristics.
With the Mouse wheel lines to scroll is set to 1 or 2 in the Windows Control Panel, the problem cannot be reproduced.
