CAUSE:
Installing 64-bit 10.2B Service Pack on 32-bit 10.2B installation.
FIX:
Install the correct 32-bit 10.2B Service Pack on the 32-bit OpenEdge installation.
The Windows Operating System may be either 32-bit or 64-bit, however the OpenEdge
Service Pack to be installed depends on whether the the OpenEdge installation is 32-bit or
64-bit.
