FIX:
Follow the steps to set the isolation mode on BIRT Eclipse reporting tool:
1. Right mouse click on the Data Source you have already created
2. Click on the properties
3. Drag the property sheet on the right to expand it sideways to see the property Value column
4. Click on the Value for "&Isolation Mode" to select the isolation level from the drop down list.
