CAUSE:
The symbol rnclrprepareclonequeries in file $DLC/oebuild/obj/iolyr.o was introduced in OpenEdge service pack 10.2B01. This service pack had been applied to the machine where the build succeeded, but not to the machine where the build failed.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B01 or later.
