FACT(s) (Environment):
Issue did not occur in OpenEdge 10.2B.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00197421
CAUSE:
The issue was introduced in 10.2B01 by faulty logic related to changing focus when an embedded ABL window is destroyed.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B02 or later
