FACT(s) (Environment):
No entries recorded in the database log file.
#Lock table entries set to 10000000
CAUSE:
High value for the Lock Table Entries parameter causes huge amount of shared memory to be allocated causing the server process to fail at startup.
FIX:
Decrease value for Lock Table Entries parameter in database defaultConfiguration to a lower, reasonable value.
