SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to open <path>\<Appname>.prowcapp. The prowcapp file you are trying to open uses a format that this version of the tool does not recognize.

CAUSE:
User manually edited the .wcp file and changed the Projectversion from 1.0 to 2.0.
FIX:
ProjectVersion identifies the format of the .wcp file. Currently, there are two formats supported. ProjectVersion 1.0 is the default.
ProjectVersion 2.0 is to support OpenEdge GUI for .NET features (packaging UltraControls for .NET and/or a .NET framework).
The format of the .wcp file is proprietary. Manually editing this file is not supported.
