FIX:
The SAVE-INTO option of the COMPILE statement errors out unless the target directory already exists. There are no plans at this time to change this behavior. If you are for the change in this behavior, please submit an Enhancement Request for this issue to allow Product Management prioritize it against other standing language requests.
