Cannot connect with ODBC
Broker rejects connection
Could not spawn a SQL server. (8842)
Disconnecting dead server <number>. (2525)
FACT(s) (Environment):
SQL explorer connection fails with the same error
Can manually spawn _sqlsrv2 process

CAUSE:
There are ports defined in the Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ services file that are in the minport/maxport range of the SQL broker
FIX:
Define a new minport/maxport range for the SQL broker in the database startup parameters.
