SYMPTOM(s):
OEA: Eclipse CoreException on library header in index file.
Error: library header indicates library is older than allowable time. Index file should be deleted.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00199733
FIX:
The message is harmless and can be ignored.
If there are concerns about the messages cluttering up the log file, the index files can be deleted:
- Stop the OEA
- In the <workspace>.metadata/.plugins/com.openedge.pdt.project directory delete all the *.index files.
- Restart the OEA. This will force OEA to rebuild them. Then the message will go away since they will all be new.
