OE Application server broker is binding to a different IP address than the Admin server which is resulting error 5804 on the web browser
WebSpeed broker is binding to a different IP address than the AdminServer

The AdminServerPlugins.properties file is changed per solution P137292 to force binding to a specific IP address on the multi-NIC server

CAUSE:
The WebSpeed broker has a hostName defined to a different IP address than the one defined in the AdminServerPlugins.properties file.
FIX:
Change the IP address on the broker configuration to match the AdminServerPlugins.properties file
