SYMPTOM(s):
Application runs under Terminal Server
Randomly the buttons on a window will lose their caption when disabled
No specific time frame or cause as to when this happens
The Terminal Server machine has only 2GB of RAM on it
The swap file on the server is only 2MB in size (fixed size)

CAUSE:
The Terminal Server machine's swap file is very undersized for the system load
FIX:
Increase the amount of disk space used for the swap file so that it is at a minimum 1.5 times the amount of physical RAM on the server. If enough disk space is available increase the swap file size to 3 times the amount of physical RAM on the server.
