Mostly French accent characters.
database converted from iso8859-1 to UTF-8 via the dump and load method.

CAUSE:
The codepage information was removed from the end of dump file of the table that included the accent characters prior to the load.
FIX:
Re-enter the information that was removed or repeat the dump process to get an unaltered .d file for that table.
