Cannot start a database in Procontrol
Timeout error
FACT(s) (Environment):
Other databases start with no errors
Windows

CAUSE:
The service being used in the database startup for the -S is not defined in the services file.
FIX:
1. Browse to C:\system32\drivers\etc
2. Open the services file in notepad
3. Add an entry for the service name/port number of the database
4. Save the file.
5. The database will now start.
