SYMPTOM(s):
Using mouse's scroll-wheel hangs application
Window contains a browse widget and other widgets
Focus is on widget other than the browse (for example, a button or fill-in)
Mouse's scroll wheel is used.
Screen keeps flashing
Focus can't be moved to other widgets anymore
Mouse wheel scrolling settings in Windows set vertical scrolling to "One screen at a time" per notch.

Bug# OE00199469
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2B02 or later
Workaround:
Reset the scrolling settings for the mouse back to the default of "3 lines at a time".
This will prevent the application hang. Note that the screen flashing remains
