prostrct: unable to create file <file>. (6923)
The $DLC/bin_* executables have the proper setuid settings

Files being created reside on a mounted drive
CAUSE:
The OpenEdge files/executables are not owned by root, but a user.
FIX:
Change the owner of the files to root or a user with root permissions.
