Kbase 18760: No Data Displayed When Using SDO on Appserver

SUMMARY:
When using an sdo.r over the AppServer, you may notice that no data
is displayed in the SmartViewer. This happens only when the database is disconnected, thereby using the sdo_cl.r file as the datasource.
EXPLANATION:
This is a bug in V9.0A, 19981124-038, and has been fixed in V9.0B.
SOLUTION:
The workaround is to use the sdo.w instead of the sdo.r.
