FIX:
A directory must be specified for -aiarcdir. There is no default directory, it is a directory or directories that you choose.
If -aiarcdir is not set at database startup and the aiarchiver is enabled, the database will not start and
an error will be recorded in the database log file:
(13191) The -aiarcdir argument must be specified in order to start the After-image Extent Management daemon
