FIX:
You can use ?aiarcdir <dir> in "Other server arguments" using Progress Explorer:
1. Open Progress Explorer Tool.
2. Find the database to be used and stop it.
3. Expand the database to be used.
4. Right click on "defaultConfiguration"
5. Choose Properties
6. On the General tab, go to "Other server arguments"
7. Add -aiarcdir <directory that exists>
8. Select "OK".
