Getting error attempting test connection to SQL92 database error reads:
Internal error 22 (see dsmret.h) in SQL from subsystem DSM SERVICES function os_acquire_mutex_lock called from stub_rss_env_t on for . Save log for Progress technical support.
No changes made to database startups.
This was working correctly for multiple years.
If the database is restored from backup the problem disappears.

No changes made to AIX environment.

CAUSE:
Insufficient definition of -Mn and -Mpb for primary and secondary brokers to handle the number of expected connections.
FIX:
Increase -Mn, -Mpb or both to handle the number of expected logins.
