SYMPTOM(s):
Installing a WebClient application gives error Unable to expand cabinet file containing ProwcApp file
Unable to expand cabinet file containing ProwcApp file, Y:\temp\temp.prowcapc. The system cannot find the file specified.
Using Windows Command Prompt with Administrative rights can not change drives to Y: drive.
Same prowcapc file copied to local drive does not give the unable to expand cab error.
FACT(s) (Environment):
No installation log files are generated
WebClient install ok
Works on other Windows 7 machines at other sites

CAUSE:
Issue related to Windows permissions to remote drive.
FIX:
As a temporary workaround it may be possible to re-architect the application to reference a local drive not a mapped drive.
Copy all application related files from the remote mapped drive to a local folder.
