SYMPTOM(s):
ODBC Test Connect hangs
JDBC connection gives error 8933
Error: [DataDirect][OpenEdge JDBC Driver][OpenEdge] Remote Database Name not valid.. (8933)
FACT(s) (Environment):
ABL remote clients connect ok.
Database is started with DBMAN.
Database started with proserve does not have ODBC/JDBC problems.

CAUSE:
Customer's conmgr.properties file was created via a user script.
FIX:
Remove all databases in conmgr.properties that were script created and recreate them via Progress Explorer.
