Multiple versions of Progress installed on the machine

CAUSE:
The session is pointing to a different promsgs file from a previous version.
The PROMSGS file location is set in the PROMSGS environment variable, or if that is not set defaults to the DLC environment variable.
If one of these environment variables is pointing to a PROMSGS file of a version different than the version in use, the wrong error messages may be displayed.
FIX:
Make sure the session and/or the system has the correct DLC and PROMSGS environment variables set.
