FIX:
The AppBuilder is actually the Progress OpenEdge Windows client executable prowin32.exe, running the procedure _ab.p. To add other startup parameters, create new shortcut for the AppBuilder and add the desired parameters to the Target command line in the shortcut Properties dialog. Additional startup parameters may also be added to a parameter file, and added to the shortcut using the -pf parameter.
