SYMPTOM(s):
Error 2104 when creating MS SQL Server schema holder
More than one active procedure. Do not use default handle for SQLColums_buffer(2104)
Deleting schema image from the schema holder from the MS SQL Server utility give error 41973
Message number 41973 does not exist in the promsgs file
FACT(s) (Environment):
The config file shows both OE10.1C and OE10.2A licenses on the same installation

CAUSE:
Mixed installation exist on the same config file which overrode promsgs and other files, thus, making the installation corrupted.
FIX:
Uninstall both OE10.1C and OE10.2A and reinstall OE10.2A back again.
