SYMPTOM(s):
ubroker.properties overwritten when connected to 2 admin servers of the same versions on a different ports
ubroker.properties is being overwritten by the wrong server configuration
FACT(s) (Environment):
Two separate installations of OE10.1C exists on the same machine on a two different path
Both admin servers run on a same machine
Connecting to 2 admin servers with 1 Progress Explorer session
After modification, 2nd configuration is being overwritten by updates on 1st
There is no port conflict on the adminserver side
Adminserver is going offline for a maintenance

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of writing
FIX:
The workaround is to use "-ubproperties" parameter with the hard path to use each of the separate ubroker.properties file. Stop the running adminserver and restart both of them using the example provided below.

proadsv -ubproperties /<path DLC>/properties/ubroker.properties -start -port <port#> -adminport <port#>
