Infragistics.Excel control FrozenPaneSettings cause duplicates of frozen rows and columns when using Excel2007 WorkbookFormat
Duplicate row and column can be made to disappear by moving the cursor around using the arrow keys, but they appear again the next time the file is opened.

Excel97To2003 WorkbookFormat works correctly.

Bug# OE00198178
FIX:
None at this time. As a workaround, when the output file is opened move the cursor to the bottom and right of the data using the arrow keys until the duplicate rows and columns disappear.
