Database doesn't complete crash recovery
protrace file shows memmove cxDoInsert rllbk as last operations
can not truncate bi file
can not get into dbrpr

CAUSE:
The BI file has become corrupted
FIX:
Go to the last good backup.
If using After Imaging, roll forward from last good backup to the most recent point in the AI files.
If restoral from backup is not possible it will be necessary to force into the database and perform a dump and load.
