The OpenEdge Web Services client returns "Cannot resolve URI status code: 32292672" error when trying to read a WSDL document
Error loading WSDL document <WSDL URL> : Cannot resolve URI: <WSDL URL> status code: 32292672 (11748)
The status code in the 11748 error can vary
ProSOAPView (SOAP Spy) shows that the HTTP Request contains a Content-Length HTTP Header which has a non-zero value
ProSOAPView (SOAP Spy) shows that the HTTP Request contains some garbage characters in it's content

CAUSE:
This indicates that the %DLC%\bin\httpsys.dll file has been overwritten with a DLL from another OpenEdge version.
FIX:
Restore the original httpsys.dll file which belongs to your OpenEdge version, for example do not use an httpsys.dll file from OE 10.1C04 in an OE 10.1C03 installation.
