Error with Debug UI: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
An internal error occurred during: "Launching <application name>": The IFile must be a member of an openedge project.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00197847
FIX:
If it's necessary to have one general startup file for different projects, as a workaround either leave the project open or move the program out of the project into a different directory not belonging to any project.
