1. Go to: http://www.peg.com/lists/subscribe.html
2. Enter email address in the address field.
3. Select the correct radio button (subscribe/unsubscribe)
4. Select the desired topics to subscribe to by checking the appropriate box.
5. Do step #3 for each list being subscribed to.
6. Press the Submit button (either one of two on the page).
