The are a lot of registry keys with regional and language options like -cpinternal, -cpstream, -cpcoll, default language and numeric format -numsep, -numdec.

FIX:
These registry keys are language settings captured during the product install. They are created for the installers purposes only and do not affect the 4GL client functionality.
To define client parameters use the startup.pf file in the installation directory or a local .pf file to override startup.pf settings.
