SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient application does not automatically install service pack 10.1C04 when opening the <application>.prowcapc file in web browser when WebClient 10.2B installed.
Webclient application does not automatically install service pack 10.1C04
Works when 10.2B Webclient is not also installed on the system.
Fails when 10.2B Webclient is also installed on the system.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Manually installing the service pack works.
WebClient service pack installs when web browser directed to webclient.htm.

FIX:
Available Workarounds
1) Use the webclient.htm to open the application instead of directly opening the <application name>.prowcapc
2) Manually load the WebClient service pack onto the client system.
