SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect to the as/400 after the probroker job is started with a different user profile
NO-ERROR on the connection statement suppressed the error, therefore the error is unknown
FACT(s) (Environment):
The progress application is changed with the correct user profile information on the -U and -P
The progress procedure is run from a client machine
The progress application is working for years

CAUSE:
The application uses host name parameter (-H) value as IP address instead of the AS/400 server name. The IP addressed is changed for the AS/400 V6R1 machine. The wrong host IP caused the application to not connect to the as/400 machine.
FIX:
Use the correct host IP address on the connect statement
