SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of OpenEdge fails with error "could not populate the default language".
InstallShield skips default language selection.
Installation from desk top, flash drive and disk all fail the same way.
Size of the cd image the customer is working with does not match the size of the image on the download center.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
cd image is corrupt.
FIX:
Download a fresh copy of the cd image and then run install.
