Object Compile Parameters Conflict with Default Compile Parameters
CAUSE:
RTB writes a file called rtb_null.p and compiles it to rtb_null.r. In Progress 8.1, the file is written into the RTB install directories. User must have correct permissions to the installation directories.
FIX:
Set correct permissions (full read and write) to all RTB installation directories.
