SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer is not running but is started according to the Windows Services
proadsv- q causes a jvmStart.exe crash
Exception code in the jvmStart.exe crash is 0xc0000409 which seems to indicate that there was a write to a memory address that was not expected.
No AdminServer logfile is generated
No ads0.exp file is generated
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows Server 2008
Windows 7
In all cases the OS is German and 32-Bit
Problem does not seem to occur when the OS is 64-Bit
OpenEdge 10.2B
OpenEdge 10.2B was not installed in the default path but in the "Programme" folder (which links to the actual folder "Program Files" on disk)

Install SP 1 for 10.2B .
