CAUSE:
Bug# OE00185124
CAUSE:
This situation may occur if the client fails to connect to the AppServer using the OpenEdge 10.x max protocol version and succeeds in connecting using the Progress 9.x min protocol version. If the broker happens to be unresponsive for a while due to several quick connects/disconnects the issue may arise.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A or later.
