Connecting using an OpenEdge 10.x .net / proxy to a 9.1D Appserver fails.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Connecting using an OpenEdge 10.x .net / proxy to a 9.1E Appserver works.

CAUSE:
The AppServer is not at the proper level for this to work. Minimum AppServer version is 9.1D09
FIX:
Upgrade AppServer to Version 9.1D09 or higher.
