New 10.2B installation on Windows 7
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.2B
CAUSE:
During installation there was a problem installing the Microsoft Document Explorer 2005.
Progress does check for dexplore install while loading forms.
FIX:
Manually run \3party\dexplore.exe
