SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot connect remote users to the database when started through AdminServer.
Database started from command line allows remote user connections.
conmgr.properties configuration is set correctly.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Self service connections work.
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Progress Explorer Tool configuration is corrupted.
FIX:
Remove and recreated the database configuration in the Progress Explorer Tool.
1. Shutdown the AdminServer.
2. Remove database configuration from the Progress Explorer Tool
3. Add database back into Progress Explorer Tool configuration.
4. Restart the AdminServer.
